Currently six (6) separate groups, under the guidance of the Executive, are preparing draft documentation to allow the implementation of change in the industry.
The six (6) task area are:-
- Project Briefs
- Selection Strategies
- Professional Ethics, Standards and Risk Management
- Supply Chain Integration, Design and Management, Project Management and Communication
- Technology and Human Resources
- Communicating the Message
Each separate group is in the form of a sub-committee made up of volunteers with a leader who reports both to the Executive on progress and to seek review of any draft documents prepared.
